This spacious traditional villa comfortably accommodates 12-14 guests across its 7 bedrooms. With 5 bathrooms and all essential amenities including internet, TV, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and a fully equipped kitchen, Villa Memoria ensures a comfortable and convenient stay.
Set amidst 4 acres of lush indigenous flora gardens, this independent villa spans three levels. At the ground floor, guests are welcomed into a living room adorned with a fireplace, a well-appointed kitchen, a dining area, and a guest WC. On the same level, there is an independent guest room featuring a double bed and an ensuite bathroom.
Ascending a few steps, you'll discover a bedroom with a double bed and another with a single bed (with an additional bed available if needed). These rooms share a bathroom with a bathtub. Descending a few steps from the ground floor leads you to the garden level, where four more bedrooms await. Among them, there is a twin-bedded room and a double bedroom that share a bathroom with a bathtub. Additionally, there are two double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom.
Outside, multiple terraces and verandas beckon you to relax and savor the stunning view. The villa also features a built-in barbecue and an outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying al fresco meals. A few steps further lead to the private pool area, complete with sunbeds and umbrellas. The combination of these amenities, along with the mesmerizing views of the Aegean Sea, will make it difficult for you to leave the villa's enchanting embrace.

- Cancellation Policy: For cancellations greater than 61 days prior to arrival, US$250.00 will be forfeited. Cancellation between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival, 55% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Cancellation 29 days or less, 100% of gross rental is forfeited.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
