Blue Emerald Estate villa in Mykonos embodies the island’s glamorous spirit and refined design. Set on an impressive 4,500 sqm estate above Kalo Livadi Bay, the villa enjoys uninterrupted panoramic views of the Aegean and is within walking distance of the beach.
Recently renovated, the estate features expansive outdoor spaces, including a 2,000 sqm terrace with 700 sqm shaded by a pergola, a 100 sqm infinity pool, a 20 sqm outdoor jacuzzi, and an elegant pool bar. Designed for large gatherings, it offers a 12-meter outdoor dining table accommodating up to 42 guests, complemented by an adjacent outdoor kitchen and built-in BBQ. Indoor amenities are equally impressive, with a luxurious 100 sqm spa and a fully equipped 80 sqm gym.
The estate comfortably accommodates over 34 guests across 17 spacious en-suite double bedrooms. The main house is complemented by seven independent, sea-facing guesthouses, providing both privacy and autonomy for larger groups. Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
