Villa Joaquin Mykonos. Overlooking Paradise Beach on the gorgeous island of Mykonos, the Villa Joaquin provides five bedrooms and some of the most appealing views, settings and amenities imaginable. Overlooking the sea below, it features iconic island design that includes the classic white stucco walls, rich blue shutters and molding, a heavy use of local stone and a lot of charming lounges tucked beneath wooden porticos.
At the main level, visitors will savor the non-stop views from the infinity-edge pool. Framed in terra cotta tiles, it offers sun decks that back up to several shaded lounging spots. One is a large portico beneath which there is an al fresco dining area and bar, outdoor kitchen and lounge. Just a few steps away is a smaller lounge also tucked beneath the shelter of a wooden portico.
Inside, the white walls capture the light and emphasize the beauty of the scenery outside, yet the décor is amazingly colorful and appealing. Exotic rugs sit on the terrazzo floors and the richly stained wood of the ceilings create a perfect balance. There is a large living room with entertainment center and fireplace, a formal dining room and the cheerfully decorated gourmet kitchen that opens to the terrace.
The property is actually divided between the main house and a small guest house. There are four bedrooms in the main house, with three on the upper floor and one on the ground level. They are all ensuite rooms, and the upper floor suites have terrace access. The guest house features a double suite with private bath.
Villa Joaquin is a perfect destination for a large family as well as a group of friends. It offers truly beautiful interiors, an excellent location and premium amenities. Most love it on first sight and you are sure to do the same!

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
