Villa Sunset is a luxurious, modern home constructed in 2015, showcasing the stunning Cycladic architectural style. Situated just a 5-minute drive away from the charming Alyki Village, it provides easy access to some of the island's most renowned beaches such as Farangas, Tripiti, PisoAliki, Agois Nicolas, and Votacos.
This serene and recently built villa boasts a breathtaking panoramic vista of the Aegean Sea and the neighboring islands. On the main level, you'll discover a spacious living and dining room adorned with a glass partition that offers an uninterrupted view of the sea. Ascending three stairs, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen fitted with state-of-the-art appliances.
The bedrooms are situated on the level below. The villa comprises three bedrooms, with the master bedroom containing a queen-size bed, the second room equipped with two twin beds, and the third room featuring a single trundle bed. The master bedroom and the twin-bedded room both face the enchanting sea view, while the third room overlooks a verdant green hill. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 people, with the option to add bed for a maximum of 7 guests if required.
Two bathrooms are available, with the main bathroom including a bathtub and the other equipped with a shower. For added convenience, the villa provides two private garage spaces.
Outside, the villa offers a generous outdoor seating area where you can revel in the uninterrupted panoramic view and immerse yourself in the lush garden adorned with colorful flowers and trees.

- Cancellation Policy: For cancellations greater than 61 days prior to arrival, US$250.00 will be forfeited. Cancellation between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival, 55% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Cancellation 29 days or less, 100% of gross rental is forfeited.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
