Rinia is the quintessential upscale villa experience on the island of Paros — an elegant family residence offering sweeping sea views, a generous private garden, and beautifully shaded outdoor spaces designed for long, leisurely alfresco gatherings. With two stunning beaches just steps away, the villa comfortably accommodates up to eight guests.
A short stroll brings you to the charming fishing village of Ambelas for daily essentials and seaside tavernas, while the picturesque town of Naousa — known for its vibrant bars, boutiques, and restaurants — is only a brief drive away.
Whitewashed with traditional green shutters, the villa blends modern comfort with authentic Cycladic minimalism. Built using natural, locally sourced materials, it respectfully reflects the island’s architectural heritage while offering contemporary refinement.
Outdoors, guests can unwind on the shaded sea-view terrace or enjoy exclusive access to the expansive garden filled with trees and fragrant Mediterranean plants. A built-in double daybed invites relaxation at any hour — perfect for soaking in the views or enjoying a quiet drink during warm summer evenings. A large BBQ area, a guest favorite, allows you to cook with fresh herbs picked straight from the garden. In July and August, ripe figs are ready to be enjoyed right from the trees.
Inside, the villa is thoughtfully designed with both comfort and style in mind. The spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area features a working fireplace, while the fully equipped modern kitchen provides everything needed for effortless entertaining.
All four bedrooms are generously sized, each with a double bed and views of the garden and sea. The bathrooms are equally well-appointed — one includes a large bathtub, and all feature modern showers.
Guests enjoy exclusive access to the villa and its private garden. While the owners are not on the premises, they often stay nearby and remain readily available to assist and offer local recommendations.
Ambelas itself is a delightful coastal village with a small harbor, inviting beaches, and traditional tavernas serving the day’s catch. Some of Paros’ most celebrated beaches, including Santa Maria and Kolimbithres, are just a short drive away. The area also offers a riding school, a yoga and meditation center, and convenient local shops. It’s an ideal base for exploring Paros’ hillside villages such as Lefkes.
Although the village is within walking distance, renting a car is recommended to fully enjoy the island, as there is no nearby bus stop.

Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees.
