At about six minutes’ drive guests will reach the cosmopolitan Golden beach while Naousa and Parikia, the island’s most popular settlements, are less than thirty minutes by car.
The villa unfolds in three levels with a majestic outdoor area offering a pool lounging terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas, a sitting area and a dining space with barbecue. Embraced by the absolute tranquility and unobstructed views to the wild nature of the area and the soothing Aegean Sea, the exteriors of the property are ideal for absolute relaxation throughout the day.
Its chic interiors are well-designed and separated in the ground level, featuring a living and dining area, a large kitchen and two double bedrooms with separate bathrooms, the upper level hosting a master double en-suite bedroom and walk-in closet, and the lower level with its two double en-suite bedrooms and playroom.
The villa also offers a separate guesthouse for total private moments with a living room, a double bedroom with bathroom and a kitchenette.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
