Triad Villas is an exquisite complex of three luxury villas carved into the hillside, offering breathtaking panoramic views over the Aegean Sea and shared access to a stunning infinity pool. Designed for privacy, tranquility, and effortless elegance, this exclusive retreat is ideal for large groups of up to 26 guests and is perfectly suited for weddings and special celebrations. Adding to its uniqueness, the property even features a private helipad.
Located on Kantinelies Hill above the Isterni area of Paros, Triad Villas enjoys uninterrupted 180-degree sea views and a privileged position that blends luxury, comfort, and simplicity in perfect harmony with the natural surroundings.
The complex consists of three independent villas:
Villa Acqua – 4 bedrooms, sleeping 8–10 guests
Villa Moonlight – 5 bedrooms, sleeping 10 guests
Villa Oliviers – 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 guests
Behind their traditional Cycladic exteriors, the villas reveal modern, minimal interiors styled in cool white and soft grey tones. Contemporary furnishings are complemented by natural wood and stone elements, creating a warm, relaxing atmosphere from the moment you arrive.
Each villa features open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas, all designed to frame the spectacular views of the Paros landscape and the Aegean Sea. Outdoors, guests can enjoy a large shared infinity pool, a shaded lounge area, and a stone-built BBQ, all furnished with stylish outdoor seating and offering sweeping island and sea vistas.
Triad Villas is conveniently located approximately 30 minutes from Paros Airport and just a 2-minute drive from Naoussa, known for its charming cobbled streets, vibrant bars, excellent restaurants, and boutique shops. Numerous beaches are easily accessible, with the closest less than 5 minutes away. The nearby village of Isterni is a protected traditional settlement, adding cultural charm to the area.
Access to the property is by car, unless arriving via the helipad, and free parking is available. All villas are equipped with essentials including towels, shower gel, shampoo, a flat-screen TV, and a washing machine. Villa Oliviers also features a private steam bath (hamam) for an added touch of indulgence.

Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
