The first master bedroom on the first floor has a king-size bed with a picturesque view from the windows, an en suite bathroom, a charming stone fireplace next to a comfortable sofa, and a wonderful veranda for stargazing. The second master bedroom, located on the lower ground floor, is preceded by a study for a home cinema or a children's playroom with two separate sofa beds and a separate bathroom. This downstairs master bedroom provides direct access to the front yards, a level driveway to the garage and a large window overlooking the enchanting sea view. In addition, there is a fourth room at the back with a double bed or two single beds, with a bathroom. This room can also serve as an auxiliary room.
On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace, decorated with unique works of art, a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet with a shower. The outdoor area has a pergola that hides a marble dining table, perfect for enjoying the picturesque views and good company. Indulge in the infinity pool with Jacuzzi benches and use the built-in grill. This open living space is conveniently located on the west side, offering beautiful sunset views and complete privacy. You will be enchanted by the peaceful surroundings, with a clear horizon that allows you to witness up to 15 Cycladic islands on a clear day.
In terms of location, the property is just 4 km west of the island's port, Chora. The last kilometer consists of a country road leading inland from the main road, where you can meet a variety of animals throughout the year. Near the property, a historically significant paved footpath starts from the port, leading to several beautifully preserved villages on the mainland. A leisurely walk will take you to the first village in about 30 minutes, where you can enjoy an early dinner in the unique courtyard of a traditional family tavern serving local cuisine.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
