Hanalei Plantation Villa – Luxury Oceanfront Retreat on Kauai’s North Shore
Hanalei Plantation Villa offers a beautifully designed open-concept layout that seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living, capturing Kauai’s spectacular mountain, waterfall, and ocean views. The upper level features expansive living spaces that open directly to the tropical landscape, while the lower level provides an additional lounge—ideal for relaxing, entertaining, or enjoying quiet moments away from the main gathering areas. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with bar seating makes casual meals and socializing effortless.
Three of the home’s main bedrooms open onto private lanais, inviting guests to savor the cooling trade winds and the soothing sounds of island nature. The spa-inspired bathrooms elevate the experience with deep soaking tubs, dual-head walk-in showers, and an open-air garden shower surrounded by lush greenery. The fourth bedroom is thoughtfully designed as a serene yoga and meditation studio, filled with natural light and fresh air; please note this room does not offer air conditioning or window coverings.
Set on nearly an acre of manicured tropical grounds, the villa enjoys sweeping views of the waterfall-draped Hanalei Mountains, Hanalei Bay, and unforgettable Bali Hai sunsets. Outdoor living takes center stage with a dramatic infinity pool, relaxing hot tub, and sun-soaked lounging areas. Expansive covered lanais feature multiple seating spaces, an alfresco dining area, and a full outdoor kitchen complete with grill, sink, and refrigerator—perfect for entertaining or peaceful evenings under the stars.
The villa is ideally located near some of Kauai’s most sought-after attractions, including Puʻu Poa Beach at the St. Regis Princeville, Hideaways Beach, Queen’s Bath, and the Princeville Makai Golf Club. A short drive brings you to charming Hanalei town, where boutique shopping, excellent dining, and endless adventures await, from surfing and snorkeling to kayaking, hiking, horseback riding, zip-lining, and scenic helicopter tours.
Three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, while the fourth bedroom and all common areas are cooled by ceiling fans and sliding doors that welcome refreshing ocean breezes. Please note that trade winds may occasionally calm for short periods, particularly between June and September. The pool is not heated, the garage is reserved for owner use, and exterior security cameras are installed for added peace of mind.

Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window.
