The Hanalei Vista Estate is a luxurious vacation rental located on Hanalei Plantation Road in Princeville, Kauai, offering stunning views of Hanalei Bay, lush mountains, and the surrounding landscape. This expansive property features four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, accommodating up to ten guests.
The estate is thoughtfully designed with a mix of modern luxury and island charm, making it an ideal retreat for families or groups.
An upstairs master suite with a king bed and private lanai, two additional guest rooms (one with a king bed and another with a queen bed), and a bunk room with four twin beds.
The upstairs area includes an open-concept living and dining room with vaulted ceilings, a chef’s kitchen, and expansive lanais. Downstairs offers a media/game room and direct pool access.
A private pool, a fully equipped gym with a private entrance, air conditioning in select areas, a gas grill, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Outdoor spaces are perfect for relaxation and dining.
Nestled in one of Kauai’s most desirable neighborhoods, the property is close to Hanalei Bay and local attractions.

Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
