Endless Summer Escape
Originally constructed to meet Averell Harriman’s exacting standards, the Harriman Cottage underwent a reconstruction in 2004. Nestled at the end of a tranquil cul-de-sac, it stands just a brief stroll from Sun Valley Village, Lodge, and Inn, offering breathtaking vistas of Bald Mountain.
This meticulously appointed luxury abode spans 3,025 square feet and boasts 5 bedrooms and 5 baths on its main level, centered around a spacious, sunlit dining and living area. Among its features are two primary bedrooms with private baths, one featuring a fireplace and an adjacent small bedroom or study. Additionally, each of the three guest rooms offers two twin beds and its own bathroom.
The expansive gourmet kitchen is outfitted with top-tier appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast nook accommodating six. Downstairs, a separate den provides a dedicated space for work or leisure, complete with a desk, seating area, and large-screen TV. Outside, a beautifully landscaped stone terrace affords views of the mountains and pond, along with a gas grill for al fresco dining. A breezeway leads from the front entry to a two-car garage. The home also includes high-speed internet, premium cable, HDTV, DVR, and DVD player.
Residents enjoy access to Sun Valley Amenities, including the Sun Valley Inn Pool and Olympic Pool in the summer, and the Inn Pool in the winter. Please note that Sun Valley amenity passes are limited to a maximum of five per home. Not included with this pass are access to the SV Lodge Pool & Fitness Center, The Spa & The Spa Fitness Center, and the Sun Valley Inn Fitness Center.

Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
