Half of the Sohamsa Ocean Estate is the Villa Soham. The five-bedroom villa combines with the four-bedroom Villa Hamsa to complete the estate. Both modern villas rest atop a cliff above the tip of the Bukit peninsula.
Opportunities for relaxation abound on the property. There’s a swimming pool, gym, massage room, steam room, and sauna. From the clifftop, you’ll have exquisite ocean views.
Are you the type who likes to be secluded yet within easy access to local community attractions? Villa Soham is the ideal choice for you. Within easy distance of the estate are beautiful tropical beaches, sandy coves, and surf breaks that are known worldwide. Local attractions are nearby as well. The temple of Uluwatu and excellent restaurants are a short ride from the estate.
Five king-sized bedrooms await you and your family and friends. Three of those rooms can be made up as two singles if that’s more convenient for you. All of the bedrooms feature air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms.
If you must stay connected even in an exquisite tropical paradise, the estate offers internet access with WIFI. Televisions with satellite capabilities and DVD players are also available for your entertainment.
The villa is fully staffed to meet your needs. A chef is on staff to prepare three meals a day from a menu comprised of Balinese, Asian, Indonesian, and Western cuisines. There are also vegetarian and kids’ choices available, as well as a separate barbecue menu. If you have off-menu requests, those can also be accommodated, even special diets.

- Reservation deposit is 50%. Full balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Policy: For cancellation greater than 60 days prior to arrival, 25% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. For cancellation made between 30 and 59 days prior to arrival, 55% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. For cancellation made within 30 days, 100% of the gross rental rate is forfeited.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Music curfew at 11 pm.
Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to the 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. Guests are responsible for the set-up and clean-up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner. Guests must abide by local ordinances.
