This villa has four bedrooms and an abundance of balconies, indoor and outdoor living space, an expansive pool, and breathtaking terraces and lawns. It’s the ideal place for taking in Bali’s natural wonders—beaches, gardens, villages, and plenty else untouched by modern life.
Look out the windows or past the gardens to the swaying palms and tropical blue waters of Labuan Amuk Bay. You’ll see traditional fishing boats sailing by day and skies full of stars at night.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Rental rates:
The villa requires 3 nights minimum rentals during the Low and High Seasons and 5 nights minimum rentals of the villa over Peck Season at the regular rental rates. The event fee is one (1) night's rental at the applicable rate of the date, plus taxes.
Banjar fee: Rp4,500,000
Event fee: $1,500
No hindu ceremonies. Music curfew at 11pm.
Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to the 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. Guests are responsible for set-up and clean up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with a Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner. Guests must abide to local ordinances.
