While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Banjar Fees
Small/Large Events: IDR 6,000,000
Pre/Post Event Fees Option to host small gatherings of up to 30 guests held before/after the main event is available at USD 300++ and IDR 2,500,000 for the local community Banjar fee.
Security Deposit
Security deposit is to be paid upon arrival at the villa. This amount of USD 1,500 (small events) OR USD 2,000 (large events) will be used to cover the cost of service or replacement in case of damage or breakage to the property during the event (pre and after) takes place. This amount is 100% refundable if there are no damages to the property.
Other Requirements
● Guests are required to have an event organizer when an event fee is charged
● For large events with more than 60 guests, at least 3 villas at Pantai Lima Estate must be booked, including Villa Mary)
● Guest must prearrange their transport as there will be no access to taxis or public transportation
● Music curfew (sound system, DJ, and live music) is until midnight only.
● No floating stage or pool deck available at the villa
● Fireworks, paper candle lanterns, or Thai wishing lanterns are not permitted
*Villa Mary is one of the five luxury villas of Pantai Lima Estate that can host large events and accommodates up to 100 guests, staying together in all four villas. Further information can be provided upon request.

Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to the 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. Guests are responsible for the set-up and clean up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner. Guests must abide by local ordinances.
