Maximum number of guests:
Small Events: 30 guests.
Large Events: 80 guests (maximum seating capacity) or 100 guests (maximum standing capacity)
For large events of up to 100 persons, Villa Mary and Villa Melissa at Pantai Lima Estate must be booked (optional to book Villa Ambra). Event will be held at Villa Mary.
Minimum Nights: Follow the season’s minimum length of stay; Peak season events are subject to approval.
Event Fees
● USD 1,750++ (subject to 15.5% tax and service charge) for Small Events.
● USD 2,350++ (subject to 15.5% tax and service charge) for Large Events.
Banjar Fees: Small/Large Events: IDR 6,000,000
For Small Events (below minimum capacity, not exceeding 30 guests, and without amplified music), a fee equivalent to 50% of the Main Event Fee will apply, in addition to the applicable banjar fee. The local community banjar fee for Pre-/Post-Events is IDR 6,000,000.
Security Deposit
Security deposit to be paid upon arrival to the villa. The amount of USD 1,000 will be used at the Property Management Company's discretion to cover cost of service or replacement in case of breakages or damages to the property prior, during or after the event takes place. This amount is 100% refundable if there are no damages to the property.
Other Requirements
● Guests are required to have an event organizer when an event fee is charged
● Guest must prearrange their transport as there will be no access to taxis or public transportation
● Music curfew (sound system, DJ, and live music) is only until 11:00 PM. For Small Events in Pantai Lima Estate (Villa Ambra, Villa Mary and Villa Melissa), No amplified music allowed (only acoustic band possible) if booking only one villa at Pantai Lima Estate; Music capacity is maximum 2,000 watts for Small Events, and maximum 5,000 watts for Large Events.
● No floating stage or pool deck available at the villa
● Fireworks, paper candle lanterns, or Thai wishing lanterns are not permitted
Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to the 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. Guests are responsible for the set-up and clean up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner. Guests must abide by local ordinances.

Please be informed that Bali island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day each year on the dates below. Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island, observed from 6:00 AM until 6:00 AM the next morning. No outdoor activities are allowed, and there will be no check-in or check-out from properties on March 19, 2026, March 8, 2027, and March 26, 2028.
