At Villa Asta, enjoy a giant free-form pool that winds its way through the estate grounds. Swim through the waterfall and say hello to your group members who are lounging on the overlapping sundeck or playing badminton or volleyball. Then dive off of the four-meter dive platform—a balé in the sky! All of this is viewable from the open-air living and dining pavilions that open onto the terrace… tropical living at its finest!
In the home, enjoy a pool table, home theatre with a movie library, board game collection, computer, TV room, and ping-pong table. The bedrooms also provide the highest level of flexibility for all types of groups. All three bedrooms that have twin beds can convert to kings, and there are trundle beds underneath! This means that these bedrooms can accommodate six adults or up to 12 children! With that many kids, the adults will need a retreat, so they can relax in the master pavilion on the opposite end of the pool. Here, they have two private master suites and their own plunge pool.
At Villa Asta, there is dining space for up to 18 people as well as an in-villa chef and butlers. You’ll have little need to leave, but if you do, you can hire a car and driver to go out and explore the sights and sounds of the island. It’s only a 10-minute walk to the beach, though, which has an array of restaurants and shops.

For cancellation made between 30 and 59 days prior to arrival, 55% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. For cancellation made within 30 days, 100% of the gross rental rate is forfeited.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
