This four-bedroom villa comes fully staffed with trained, professional team members who want to ensure that you are well taken care of for the duration of your stay. Feel free to ask for advice on island adventures or request some local fare for your meals!
In Italian, “brio” means vivacity. You’ll be able to experience a vibrant and exciting time from the moment you step onto this property, that’s for sure. Spend some time making memories in the open-air living pavilion or sharing a curated meal around the spacious dining table (cooked for you by your private chef!). Then, enjoy some evening cocktails up on the roof terrace while taking in the unforgettable Balinese sunset.
The Italian feel comes into the home’s artistic design, too, with clean lines, light-filled rooms, and a modern black, gray, and dusty rose color palette. Indonesian art and design weren’t forgotten, though. There is plenty of art and an assortment of thoughtfully chosen pieces that speak to the place you’ve chosen to spend time.
Outside, the beauty continues with a garden full of palms, orchids, and frangipanis. You can even schedule a personal massage in your open-air balé and then transfer seamlessly into the pool to lounge away the rest of the afternoon. There’s even an outside bathtub in the garden courtyard where you can soak in some native flower petals while listening to the nearby birds and waves.
Casa Brio is ideally situated in the tranquil Golden Triangle of Seminyak, which provides convenient access to Potato Head Beach Club, Sarong, Ku de Ta, Métis, and La Lucciola. Have some amazing island meals, shop at the unique stores, and head back to the most amazing vacation home you’ve ever been to—Casa Brio.

Bedroom 3: Garden floor bedroom with two single beds (can be made up as a king-size bed), TV, DVD and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower, vanity and WC. 2 guests maximum.
Bedroom 4: First floor bedroom with two single beds (can be made up as a king-size bed), TV, DVD and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower, vanity and WC. 2 guests maximum.

- Cancellation Policy: For cancellation greater than 60 days prior to arrival, 25% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. For cancellation made between 30 and 59 days prior to arrival, 55% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. For cancellation made within 30 days, 100% of the gross rental rate is forfeited.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
