This is an entertainer's dream home, with a spacious living and dining room overlooking the pool and the gardens and a stunning state-of-the-art kitchen with modern appliances, a coffee machine, a barbecue plate and a natural stone island. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen or it can be closed off and your dedicated private chef will prepare sumptuous local or international meals.
An oversized family room with an overhead movie projector, Sonos sound system, books and games and guest bathroom leads to an outdoor terrace with a billiards table and custom-designed sofas that overlooks the pool and the extensive, private garden. At night the pool and the garden are softly lit, creating a beautiful ambience. Surround sound allows guests to plug in their favourite soundtracks.
Open spaces and glass allow nature to play a part in the beauty of this villa. The entrance through a bamboo gate leads into the beautiful mature garden at the front of the property and flows through to the back of the house. While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Restriction for event
- No Fireworks, Thai Wishing lanterns, Fire Dancers etc
- No Paper Candle Lanterns. All candles must be on fireproof surface.
- Power cannot be drawn from Villa supply. EO must supply Genset
- No Live, amplified or DJ music after 23:00. But Gamelan or Acoustic is permitted until 24:00
- Stage over Pool needs Owner s written permission
- EO must submit Running Sheet & Vendor List for approval 30 days Prior
- No Cables for DJ, Catering, etc dug into the lawn
- Dance floor, service bar setup on the lawn - on request
- Villa staff may not be used by the EO as staff during an event
- Villa kitchen and equipment cannot be used for event
- Additional Villa toiletries for function guests to be supplied by EO
Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to the 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. Guests are responsible for the set-up and clean up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner. Guests must abide by local ordinances.
