Set among a lush lemon orchard near the charming town of Maiori, Zelaide is a beautifully renovated four-level villa offering privacy, panoramic views, and an authentic Amalfi Coast setting. Combining traditional architecture with modern comforts, the villa provides an elegant and relaxing retreat surrounded by the beauty of Campania’s famous coastline.
The interiors retain the property’s original character, with terracotta floors, vaulted ceilings, and antique wooden doors complemented by fresh, contemporary furnishings. On the ground floor, a bright and spacious living room with fireplace and TV opens directly onto the garden and patio through large glass doors, while a full bathroom completes the level.
The lower level features a separate air-conditioned dining room with fireplace and mezzanine, conveniently connected to the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area and pizza oven. The dining room opens onto a furnished pergola, creating a charming setting for alfresco meals, while a guest bathroom is also available.
Outside, the villa is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden with two panoramic terraces and a vegetable garden. Several areas are dedicated to outdoor dining, barbecues, sunbathing, and relaxing beneath the stars. The furnished solarium is home to a stunning infinity pool with a whirlpool corner, measuring 8m x 4m, and an outdoor shower. The pool can also be heated upon request for an additional fee.
Please note that the four levels are connected by stairs, with a total of 44 steps.
