Perched on a dramatic cliff-top terrace, the property offers breathtaking, unobstructed views across the Gulf of Naples, with Mount Vesuvius rising majestically in the distance and the island of Ischia shimmering on the horizon. The home is surrounded by over 3,000 square feet of lush, furnished gardens, creating a truly idyllic and private retreat.
Despite its tranquil atmosphere, Lige enjoys a highly convenient location. The beach, excellent restaurants, and the historic town center are all just a short stroll away. Easily accessible from the main street, the property is within walking distance of shops, cafés, and local amenities — making a car completely unnecessary.

The Weekly Rates include: Electricity, water, gas, A/C, heating, and final cleaning; Daily continental breakfast, from 8:00 am to 11:00 am; Housekeeping service 4 hrs/day, Monday to Friday; Daily change of towels; Mid-week bed linen change; Wi-Fi Internet access (available indoors and outdoors); Full gardening and whirlpool cleaning service.
Not included in rent: Extra housekeeping service; Personal laundry service; Cook service – No third-party suppliers allowed: the services will be provided by the villa management and in-house staff; Cost of food and beverage.
Note: Villa is easily reachable from the street, without stairs. It is within walking distance to everything, you do not need a car to go into town.

Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
