Villa Antica Dimora is a historic Apulian residence with an infinity pool and air conditioning, located near Castellana Grotte in the enchanting setting of the Itria Valley. This authentic property is a true gem of local architecture, offering guests the unique experience of staying in traditional trulli, surrounded by a fenced garden filled with olive trees and a manicured lawn, ensuring complete privacy and exclusivity.
The outdoor areas are designed to create a relaxing and atmospheric environment, featuring a stunning infinity pool, open from May to October, and equipped with sun loungers as well as a dedicated toilet and shower area. Close to the pool, a spacious gazebo with a dining table provides the perfect setting for al fresco meals, immersed in the beauty of the surrounding landscape. A furnished veranda with a corner sofa invites guests to unwind while enjoying a glass of wine, while the garden also includes a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, a brick barbecue, and two covered parking spaces.
The villa is set on a single level and can accommodate up to 8 guests, offering 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Wi-Fi is included throughout the property, and all bedrooms, as well as the outdoor kitchen, are equipped with air conditioning. Windows are fitted with mosquito nets for added comfort.
Upon entering the main trullo, guests are welcomed into a charming sitting room featuring a stone fireplace and comfortable armchairs. To the right, a spacious living area opens up with a dining table, TV, a two-seater sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. To the left of the entrance lies the sleeping area, consisting of one double bedroom and two triple bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed and a single bed. The two triple bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with showers, while a third bathroom with a shower is located along the corridor.
The property also includes a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a second fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, located in a separate dependence near the pool area, offering additional convenience and flexibility for guests.
Note: Small to medium-sized pets are allowed, with a maximum of one pet upon request and at an extra cost.

Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window.
