The first group of trulli features a large dining area for 12, a kitchen overlooking the pool, cozy lounges, and peaceful en-suite bedrooms. Just a short distance away, the second group mirrors the same refined style, with generous living areas, a fireplace, and three serene bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.
Outdoors, nature embraces every corner of this 2.5-hectare estate. Manicured lawns, olive groves, and panoramic terraces frame sweeping 360-degree valley views. Each trullo has its own saltwater pool—one with an infinity edge and hot tub—creating private sanctuaries for relaxation. Expansive outdoor lounges, shaded dining areas, barbecues and a wood-fired oven set the scene for unforgettable meals under the stars.

- Cancellation Policy: For cancellation greater than 60 days, a US$250.00 administration fee is forfeited. Cancellation made between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival, 55% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Cancellation made within 30 days to arrival, 100% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Please note Christmas and New Year bookings are nonrefundable.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
