Located on the second floor of a traditional historic building with elevator access, Erica is an elegant apartment set in the heart of Rome’s historic center. Carefully restored to combine timeless charm with contemporary comfort, the apartment accommodates up to five guests and offers refined interiors enhanced by modern hotel-style amenities and dedicated concierge service. Just outside, guests can immerse themselves in Rome’s vibrant atmosphere, surrounded by designer boutiques, celebrated landmarks, charming cafés, and renowned restaurants.
The bright living area is designed with a soft, light-toned palette that creates a welcoming and airy ambiance. Antique furnishings blend effortlessly with contemporary pieces, adding character and sophistication to the space. A comfortable day bed and 32” LCD Sky TV provide the perfect setting for relaxation, while the classic dining area complements the apartment’s elegant style. Overlooking the peaceful inner courtyard, the windows ensure a quiet retreat despite the lively central location. A compact yet fully equipped modern kitchen completes the apartment, making Erica an ideal Roman residence for both short and extended stays.

Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
