Villa Abyad - This recently renovated property is situated amidst stunning granite rocks, offering picturesque views of the La Maddalena Archipelago.
The house underwent a complete refurbishment a few years ago, and now boasts two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms featuring showers, as well as a triple room with a bathroom equipped with a bath and shower. The living space consists of an open-plan dining and living room with a cozy fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a studio room, and multiple terraces. Additionally, there is a solarium and a refreshing swimming pool for guests to enjoy. The maximum capacity of the property is seven guests.
On the rooftop, you will find a convenient portable BBQ and a dining area, perfect for enjoying meals in the fresh air.
For added security and convenience, the property is gated and includes a private car park with space for one vehicle. It is also conveniently located near the center of the area.
Bedroom 1: Bedroom with a king-size bed, fireplace, A/C, WiFi, sea view, access to the terrace, and en-suite bathroom with shower, vanity and WC. 2 guests maximum.
Bedroom 2: Bedroom with a double bed, one single bed, A/C, WiFi, sea view, access to the terrace, and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower, vanity and WC. 2 guests maximum.
Bedroom 3: Bedroom with a double bed, A/C, WiFi, sea view, access to the terrace, and en-suite bathroom with shower, vanity and WC. 2 guests maximum.
Note: The Villa have one studio room with A/C, WiFi, sea view, terrace accessible.

Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
