The villa is made up of several units for a total of 400 square meters covered, 250 square meters of covered outdoor spaces 150 square meters of terrace, 120 square meters of outdoor swimming pool, and over 20,000 square meters of doors of exclusive relevance.
The main unit is composed of six suites all with en-suite bathrooms, three guest suites with walk-in closets, the 70 square meters master suite, with an internal whirlpool bathtub, a walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom, living room with fireplace, dining room, guest toilet, and large kitchen makes up the living area. The main unit has also a warehouse/laundry and one room with a bathroom for the staff with independent external access.
The main unit has various covered spaces including patios (about 130 square meters), one gazebo (about 80 square meters) with a table that can accommodate up to 22 people with an external kitchen, a pizza oven and a BBQ adjacent to a kiosk (about 20 square meters) used as a bar.
The outdoors of the main unit is made up of a garden with a lawn, a fountain of about 30 square meters, a terrace of about 150 square meters, and a 120 sqm swimming pool with a whirlpool, boasting a breathtaking sea view.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
