Villa Ondaléa is an elegant 11-bedroom residence set in one of Villasimius’ most prestigious areas, surrounded by Mediterranean landscapes, turquoise waters, sandy beaches, and beautiful sea views. Located close to the coast, the villa combines a peaceful and refined atmosphere with easy access to restaurants, essential amenities, and some of Southern Sardinia’s most celebrated beaches.
Arranged across four levels, the property comprises five independent units, each with its own dining area and fully equipped kitchen, offering both privacy and complete autonomy for larger groups. Contemporary Mediterranean interiors feature a harmonious palette of soft blues, greys, natural neutrals, and warm wood, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere throughout.
Outside, multiple terraces and pergolas provide comfortable spaces for relaxing and dining, with the largest terrace accommodating up to 22 guests. Two heated swimming pools, each with a waterfall, a whirlpool hot tub, manicured gardens, and two barbecue areas offer plenty of opportunities for enjoying the outdoors and panoramic sea views. A pathway leads to the water within a few minutes’ walk, although access is not recommended for small children or guests with limited mobility. A sandy beach is also located nearby.
