The villa is composed of two separate buildings overlooking the spacious pool area. The main house features a generous living and dining area, a modern fully equipped kitchen, and a guest bathroom on the ground floor. The first floor, accessible by both an open-plan staircase and lift, includes a master bedroom with a small private terrace, en-suite whirlpool tub, and whirlpool shower, as well as a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both with en-suite bathrooms.
The annex, accessed from outside, provides additional accommodation across two floors. It includes a kitchen and living area, two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, and bathrooms, while the ground floor features another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a private wellness area with a Turkish bath, multi-sensory shower, and whirlpool tub.
Outside, guests can enjoy beautifully landscaped gardens, spacious terraces, a sun terrace, and a pool surrounded by comfortable lounging areas. A covered loggia with an outdoor kitchen, dining area, and barbecue is perfect for relaxed al fresco meals. For entertainment, the property also features a games room with table tennis, table football, and billiards, as well as a small football pitch.

Note: The wellness area (whirlpool tub, emotional shower and relax area) can be used freely. For the turkish bath it is necessary to notify the key-holder 2 hours before. It will always be for the exclusive use of guests.
