Villa Seven Islands is a prestigious contemporary residence set into a scenic hillside in the stunning coastal province of Trapani. A striking white marble staircase leads to the main entrance, opening into a bright, open-plan living space. The villa is arranged over two floors, with a luminous entrance flowing into a spacious modern lounge and fully equipped kitchen. The dining area is enhanced by a state-of-the-art control tablet, allowing guests to manage many of the villa’s advanced features with ease. A bespoke glass sliding door leads to the first sleeping area, where two generously sized double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are designed to maximize the breathtaking views of the surrounding islands.
From the dining area, a passageway opens onto the impressive pool terrace. The pool can be heated and even enclosed with electric walls, transforming it into an indoor space for year-round enjoyment. A white marble staircase then leads down to a secondary living area, complete with its own kitchen and dining facilities. This level also hosts three additional double bedrooms, one of which includes an extra single bed—ideal for families. All bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms. Two of the rooms open directly onto the garden through large glass doors, while the third enjoys a beautiful window view over the gardens and the Egadi Islands.
