La Casina is a spacious and inviting seaside villa set in the tranquil countryside beside the Belice River Nature Reserve. Surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers direct access to one of the quietest and most secluded beaches along the Sicilian coast—an authentic seaside oasis.
The interiors reflect the refined taste of the owners, blending natural materials such as wood and stone with vibrant textiles and vintage design accents. The result is a charming boho-chic style enriched with a distinctive island character.
The villa is arranged on a single level and features three generous bedrooms and three bathrooms. A small, welcoming porch connects the living and sleeping areas. The entrance opens into a cosy, light-filled living room, thoughtfully decorated in soft tones and equipped with a TV, bookshelves, comfortable seating, and a dining area.
All bedrooms are accessed through large French doors opening onto the garden, allowing each room to enjoy beautiful sea views and direct access to the outdoors. One bedroom has its own private bathroom, while the other two share a second bathroom in the sleeping area. A third bathroom, located near the living area, also includes a washing machine for added convenience.
From the living room, you can step out onto a shaded terrace, tastefully furnished with a dining table for six—perfect for relaxed al fresco meals. A gentle walk through the vineyard leads to a gate at the edge of the property, where a 200-meter path winds through the countryside down to a stunning sandy beach, peaceful even during the height of summer.
With refreshing sea breezes, a shaded terrace surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, and uninterrupted views stretching from the vines to the sea, La Casina is an ideal retreat for those seeking a serene and relaxing holiday just moments from the Mediterranean shoreline.
