Arranged across two levels, the residence combines traditional charm with modern comforts. The ground floor features a spacious living room with a fireplace, two fully equipped kitchens, two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, and an additional room with a double sofa bed. A further bathroom with a shower completes this level.
Upstairs, guests will find a welcoming living and study area on the mezzanine, a double or twin bedroom, a further twin bedroom, and a bathroom with a bathtub. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, ensuring comfort throughout the warmer months.
Outside, the beautifully landscaped garden offers several inviting spaces for relaxation and entertainment. The impressive 5 x 15-metre saltwater swimming pool features a counter-current swimming system, while the surrounding sun terrace provides plenty of space to unwind.
