Domus Olivae is a prestigious residence with a private swimming pool, located in a peaceful and sunny setting in the countryside surrounding Chiaramonte Gulfi, in the heart of Baroque Sicily. A country road runs through the estate—covered by an endless expanse of olive trees—and leads to the residence, an ancient and charming building dating back to the early 19th century.
The property, recently restyled, overlooks a beautiful garden that features a large private swimming pool (5 × 25 m) and spacious terraces, ideal for enjoying pleasant moments of relaxation outdoors. Particularly charming is the internal courtyard, paved with traditional local stone slabs, which adds unique character and beauty to the estate.
The residence is distinguished by its generous indoor and outdoor spaces and consists of the main house and several rural buildings arranged around a central courtyard. On the ground floor of the main house, there is a large and elegant living area with several spacious lounges, a professional kitchen, a guest bathroom, and three extremely comfortable suites (beds 200 cm or 100 × 200 cm) with walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with bathtub and/or shower.
On the upper floor is the master suite (bed 200 × 200 cm), featuring two bathrooms and a panoramic balcony. The fifth and sixth bedrooms (beds 200 cm or 100 × 200 cm) are located in the inner courtyard, and each offers a private patio and bathroom with a shower.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, TV, minibar, and kettle. The property offers a wide range of modern comforts, including air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, six smart TVs, a washing machine, a dishwasher, an electric oven, a microwave, espresso and American coffee machines, a wine cooler, a barbecue, an outdoor shower, and private parking.
