The living room is ideal for sharing convivial moments with family or friends, gathered around the fireplace and enjoying views of the garden and swimming pool.
The bedrooms are spacious, each with a private bathroom and shower. Historic stone walls and abundant natural light from the garden create warm, welcoming spaces filled with character.
The garden surrounding the villa and the pool offers intimate corners for unforgettable experiences—from outdoor lunches featuring local delicacies to peaceful open-air yoga sessions.
Villa Trifilla is nestled in nature, offering absolute privacy, while being just a 5-minute drive from Modica’s commercial center and 20 minutes from Sampieri and the golden beaches of Marina di Modica.

Due to the proximity of the pool to the house, the villa is not suitable for children under 6 years.

Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
