The house blends modern luxury with a warm and inviting atmosphere. High open-beam ceilings and large picture windows flood the interiors with natural light while perfectly framing the surrounding landscape and sea views.
Entering through the front door, a distinctive lava-stone vaulted entrance hall opens into a spacious and comfortable living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen. This bright central space leads directly onto a large terrace and garden, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.
A raised living area leads to the sleeping quarters, where you will find a generous double bedroom, a modern bathroom with a bathtub, and a twin bedroom. On the lower level of this section, there is an additional bathroom with a shower, conveniently serving both the living and dining areas.
Recently added to the property is a charming self-contained apartment located in the basement. This private suite features a spacious bedroom and a large bathroom, all tastefully furnished with contemporary design pieces.
The outdoor areas have been carefully designed for relaxed al fresco living. A beautiful stone dining table sits beneath an elegant pergola, offering shade from the warm Sicilian sun. In front of the house, an extended paved terrace connects directly to the panoramic infinity pool, where breathtaking coastal views can be enjoyed.
The gardens surrounding Casa Alba are rich with Mediterranean plants and fragrant flowers — magnolia, rosemary, lavender and wild fennel scent the air. A striking rocky landscape of approximately 5,000 square meters filled with Mediterranean shrubs and cacti forms part of the property, while the same natural terrain continues behind the villa as part of a protected nature reserve.
