The villa is spread over two floors, offering a range of well-appointed rooms. On the ground floor, guests can relax in the large living area, which includes a lounge with a piano and TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a guest bathroom. Three double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room, are also located on this level, along with a laundry room. Upstairs, there is a study and a master bedroom, which features an en-suite bathroom with both a tub and a shower. The villa is fully heated and air-conditioned for comfort and comes with modern amenities such as Wi-Fi, a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher.
Outside, Artemare offers a beautiful garden, a veranda, and multiple terraces for enjoying the outdoors. The heated infinity pool is a highlight, and the sun terrace is perfect for relaxation with scenic views. Guests also benefit from private, direct access to the sea and the rocky coastline below. The villa is ideally located just a short drive from the charming baroque towns of the Noto Valley, as well as the nature reserves of Vendicari, Pantalica, and Cassibile. It is also within reach of the majestic Mount Etna and the historic town of Taormina.

Cancellation made between 21 days and 24 hours prior to arrival, 85% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. Cancellation made within 24 hours to arrival, 100% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
