The main villa spans three levels and over 500 square metres of living space. On the ground floor, guests will find a spacious lounge with multiple sitting areas, a dining room, fully equipped kitchen, guest bathroom, and a master suite with loft bed and an en-suite shower room. The upper two floors, connected by both an internal staircase and elevator, feature eight stylish bedrooms with en-suite shower bathrooms, including a luxurious master suite with bathtub and shower.
The separate guest house hosts the tenth bedroom with private bathroom, together with a cosy living area complete with minibar and coffee station.
Villa Fiume has been thoughtfully designed to provide the highest level of comfort, with amenities including Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating throughout, 11 smart TVs, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, electric and microwave ovens, espresso and American coffee machines, an ice maker, a wine cooler, a barbecue area, an outdoor shower, and private parking.
