The main villa’s ground floor opens into three generous interconnected spaces linked by elegant arches. Beamed ceilings and exposed stone walls reflect authentic Tuscan style throughout the interiors. One of the rooms is centered around a grand piano, creating an inviting atmosphere for music and relaxation, while another features a refined bar corner designed for socializing and entertaining. At the heart of the floor is a spacious Tuscan-style kitchen equipped with professional-grade appliances and a large wood-fired fireplace, offering both warmth and functionality for preparing meals. Three guest bathrooms add comfort and convenience, ensuring the ground floor combines practicality with timeless Tuscan charm.
The property also includes an independent annex designed as a versatile open space that combines dining, cooking, and sitting areas. Inspired by the character of a traditional Tuscan barn, the building features large wooden-lattice windows that bring in natural light while maintaining privacy. Outside, the villa offers generous outdoor areas designed for relaxation and entertaining. A fully equipped outdoor kitchen includes several cooking options such as a BBQ, pizza oven, grill, and lava stone surfaces, making it perfect for al fresco dining. A large iron-and-glass pergola with openable sides and electric roof shades can accommodate up to 100 seated guests, making it suitable for elegant gatherings or special events. The grounds also feature a private swimming pool surrounded by manicured lawns that serve as a sun-filled terrace, along with a separate Jacuzzi that enhances the sense of leisure and comfort.

Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window.
