With many of its original charms, the entire property offers up twenty guests a unique opportunity. Not only do the visitors of this villa enjoy the onsite features, but they have full use of the spa on the premises too. The villa itself features two buildings, a main villa and an annex nearby. Just steps from one another, they share the lovely gardens, views and outdoor features.
There is a large, oval infinity edge pool in the midst of the property. With a waterfall feature, several lounge and seating areas and a whirlpool tub, it will quickly become a favorite gathering spot at all hours. The stone terrace is also fitted with many lounging areas, including al fresco dining spots, hammocks and more.
Inside of the villa, the main building features three separate kitchens that each open to the gardens and grounds. The entrance hall is a shared space that includes a large sitting area and baby grand piano. The open floor plan of the living room allows it to spill over into the dining room. Upstairs is another shared sitting room with fireplace, and on the lower level is the spa with Jacuzzi, massage bed, and fitness rooms.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
