Villa Farneta is immersed in the wonderful countryside of Valdichiana, offering a panoramic view of Cortona, the ancient Etruscan and Medieval town.
The property boasts a large garden with a lounge area, a swing, several dining tables, and a barbecue, ideal for alfresco meals while preparing tasty grills with friends.
Among the outdoor spaces, you will find a splendid pool (12.5 x 5 m), open from May to September, equipped with deckchairs and sun loungers.
At guests' disposal there is also a private covered parking for 7 cars and a bowls court, perfect for the enjoyment of adults and children.
Villa Farneta has been elegantly renovated, combining the historic charm of Tuscan villas with refined modern design. The result is a perfect blend of traditional materials and contemporary comfort.
Spread over two floors, the villa can accommodate up to 13 people, with 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets. Pets are allowed upon request, subject to size restrictions.
On the ground floor, guests are welcomed by a large and bright open-space living area featuring a comfortable lounge with sofas and a TV, a spacious dining room with a table for 17 people, and a fully equipped professional kitchen. There is also a second living room and another kitchen, ideal for larger groups or private meal preparation. Four bathrooms with a shower complete this level.
The upper floor, accessible by two staircases, includes a cozy living room with a sofa and desk, additional bathrooms, and beautifully appointed spaces for rest.
Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (800.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival). All extra charges have to be paid in cash on site.

Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window.
