Introducing the new Villa Il Tinaio in Panzano, Tuscany! This elegant and luminous two-story villa is nestled amidst vineyards, cypress trees, olive groves, and woodlands, offering accommodation for up to 14 guests. Villa Il Tinaio boasts a captivating panorama of the Chianti hills and the lush vineyards. Spanning 400 square meters, it presents a host of amenities, including a private, unheated Infinity swimming pool, secluded terraces, a private garden, air conditioning, parking, and winter heating.
The vista from Villa Il Tinaio is truly exceptional, sweeping across the quintessential Tuscan landscape adorned with vineyards, cypress trees, olive groves, and enchanting woodlands. A delightful walking path meanders through the property, fragrant with the summer blooms of rosemary and lavender.
This villa exudes the classic charm of a Tuscan farmhouse and offers awe-inspiring 360° views of the surrounding Chianti region. Outdoors, you'll find original stone accents, multiple terraces, and lush Mediterranean gardens graced with olive trees and verdant flora. Access to the property is via a private path leading from the main road.
The pièce de résistance is the 16x6 meters private Infinity pool, located in a secluded section of the upper garden. The pool, though unheated, provides a refreshing oasis from mid-April to the end of October.
Villa Il Tinaio spans two distinct levels, brimming with cozy nooks and stylish furnishings. The interior design seamlessly blends modern and classic elements, creating a harmonious ambiance. Access to the villa is possible through various entrances, with the main entry situated on the second level. Inside, the villa offers seven en-suite double bedrooms, a capacious living room, two inviting sitting rooms, and a spacious dining area capable of accommodating up to 30 people. The modern and well-equipped kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream.
From the garden, you'll enter the main entrance hall. On this floor, you'll also find a generous living space, an expansive, fully equipped kitchen featuring a 7-burner cooker, double oven, large fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, and ice maker. A French door leads to a patio with a dining area, complete with tables and chairs to accommodate all the villa's guests. Il Tinaio's kitchen is not only perfect for hosting cooking classes but also for hosting gatherings of 8 to 30 people, should the same party opt to rent out Villa la Marcellina as well. A convenient powder room is available on the ground floor.
The ground floor houses three double bedrooms, two of which are suites with en-suite bathrooms—one with a shower and the other with a jacuzzi bathtub and a shower. The third en-suite double bedroom is also situated on this level. A short flight of stairs leads down to the second floor, where you'll discover four additional double bedrooms, all equipped with en-suite bathrooms featuring showers.

Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window.
