The living spaces on the ground floor reflect the warmth and authenticity of traditional Tuscan style. The spacious living room celebrates the history and character of the region through the use of natural materials and classic architectural elements. Traditional square ceramic tiles reminiscent of historic “cotto” flooring cover the floor, while exposed oak beams painted in a soft white tone give the room a bright, open feel. Wide arches create a sense of continuity throughout the space, enhancing both light and movement.

Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
