Choosing One Belvedere on an exclusive basis means experiencing absolute privacy and refined elegance in the authentic heart of Chianti. The entire estate — including the main villa, the Gaia Suite, the Sole Suite, and the Stella Studio — is reserved exclusively for you. Even the QB Cucina restaurant is closed to external guests, ensuring maximum confidentiality and an entirely private atmosphere.
The estate accommodates up to 26 guests across 13 bedrooms. The main villa features 7 bedrooms hosting up to 16 guests, thoughtfully arranged over three levels. The ground floor welcomes you with an elegant living room, a dining area seating up to 14 guests, and a fully equipped kitchen designed for convivial gatherings. Panoramic terraces and beautifully landscaped gardens create idyllic outdoor spaces for dining and relaxation, while an internal elevator connects all levels for seamless comfort and accessibility.
Located on the eastern side of the estate, the Gaia Suite, Sole Suite, and Stella Studio offer refined and independent accommodations, ideal for families or smaller groups seeking additional privacy while remaining within the estate’s exclusive setting.
Guests enjoy a full range of premium amenities, including a private panoramic saltwater pool with a whirlpool, a wellness center featuring a Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath, and emotional shower, and a fully equipped gym. The estate also offers a tennis court with rackets and balls, eight e-bikes to explore the rolling hills of Chianti, and private parking for up to ten cars with electric charging facilities.
For an even more memorable stay, a private chef can be arranged upon request, allowing guests to savor authentic Tuscan cuisine in the privacy and elegance of One Belvedere.

Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
