Adjacent to Casa Villa, you'll find a beautifully restored barn that has been transformed into a self-contained luxury duplex. The ground floor houses a master bedroom, along with two well-appointed bathrooms featuring showers. The spacious area connecting the dining room and kitchen to the living room is graced by a grand archway. In the living room, the sofa easily converts into a single bed. Ascend to the loft on the upper level to discover a charming twin-bedded room.
Step outside to a private garden, complete with a dining table, chairs, a cozy gazebo, and a BBQ grill.
Take leisurely strolls through the meticulously landscaped gardens and spaces of Torre a Cona, and savor the soothing sounds of the nearby pool. Alternatively, partake in one of the available activities to enhance your experience.

For a larger group, the Fienile apartment is part of Casa Villa and can be rented together with the next-door apartments: Piccionaia, Giardino, Piccolo and Camino.

A 24h reception is at your disposal, along with all the services in the estate, including a top-quality restaurant, serving also the breakfast, daily cleaning upon request, and a wine shop. Wine tours, tastings, and a long list of experiences takes place every day, including pic-nic, truffle hunting, horseback riding and many more. An advance reservation, for services and experiences, is compulsory.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
