Located in an ancient and prestigious Florentine estate, Villa Leila, Chianti, Tuscany offers luxury accommodation in a rural setting, including a grass tennis court, a heated pool, historic vaulted living rooms and elegant large rooms with en-suite bathrooms. Furnished in upscale Florentine style with period furniture, rooms feature terracotta-tiled floors, exposed beams and frescoes. The estate also offers guests a splendid park with centuries-old trees and colourful flowers, outdoor pool and a tower with an incredible view over the surroundings and the rooftops of Florence itself.

Florence is an open-air exhibit of art and culture. It is known worldwide as the heart of the Renaissance, and the home of fine art and literature. Today, the essence of Florence could safely be said to exist in the city's constantly restored art and architecture, their appearance and functionality altered only by their numbers in years - signature examples include Fillippo Brunelleschi's Duomo and Michelangelo's timeless statue of David, arguably the most recognizable and widely known image of western culture to date. The romantic Ponte Vecchio, one of Europe's last fully stone bridges, or even Giotto's bell tower might give Florence the notoriety it deserves. None of these structures, artistic, architectural, or functional would stand, being worthy of generations of detailed restoration, if it weren't for the thinking of Renaissance men and thinkers including Leonardo Da Vinci, Michelangelo, or Dante Alighieri: their impact changed our visual and literary world forever, and Florence is the city in which it all began.

The Weekly Rate includes: Electricity, A/C, water, gas and final cleaning, Housekeeping for up to 4 hours (Monday to Friday), English-speaking host for check-in/check-out, Garden and pool maintenance, Wi-Fi Internet connection, Mid-week change of pool towels, Produce from the estate such as extra virgin oil, seasonal crops from vegetable garden and orchard (when available), and honey are complimentary to the guests, Cots, cradles and high chairs can be provided at no extra cost, Firewood supply for fireplaces.

Food, beverage and provisioning fee not included. Heating, Pool heating, Extra line changes, Extra housekeeping, Chef service, Personal laundry service (Washer and dryer are operated by villa staff only) and Babysitting service are all at additional cost and to be paid locally in Euro.  Please ask your villa specialist for quotes on these charges.

For new bookings the Property Manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows :
~ If guests cancel the reservation, all paid amounts are forfeited and kept as a voucher credit to be used at the same villa for up to 12 months to original arrival date. 

The Covid-19 Modified Cancellation Policy is applicable in the event that :
1. The Italian government refuses passengers’ entry based on their origin (whether by residence, recent travel to a particular destination, or based on flight origin).
2. A Foreign government issues a specific travel ban to or from Italy that prevents a guest from traveling.

Common Questions
Do we share the villa? click to close
No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Yes. Isle Blue stands behind you throughout your entire vacation. Unlike other companies, each property we offer has been hand picked to ensure that our standards are met. All property managers are vetted and payments are required to be held in escrow. Our primary obligation is to ensure your satisfaction and to have an exceptionally memorable vacation.
Can you explain the reservation process? click to open
Once a reservation request is received, Isle Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
Can we arrange an early check in? click to open
Early check in may be possible but is at the sole discretion of the property manager. Early check in permission may not be granted until 24 hours prior to arrival.
Can we arrange a late check out? click to open
A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.
Are transfers to the property included? click to open
Select villas may include a one way or roundtrip airport transfer while others may provide an escort or meeting point. Arrival logistics will be handled by your dedicated concierge as well as other concierge needs. The property's transfer policy will be listed under the Policies section.
What to expect upon arrival? click to open
In general, a villa orientation will be provided along with a key turnover. During the orientation, information and instructions for the property will be provided. Emergency contact information will be provided. We are available 7 days a week to assist with any urgent needs.
The arrival procedures vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.
What is the cancellation policy? click to open
Since these vacation homes are one of a kind properties, the cancellation policy is strict. We highly recommend considering trip/travel insurance to protect against any unexpected cancellations or issues that may arise.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve? click to open
In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, Isle Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Please note that credit card charges may be subject to additional fees. There are no fees with payment by wire transfer or check.
In the near future, we expect to accept a greater variety of payment methods and currencies via Stripe.
Is housekeeping included? click to open
Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning. Please refer to the Policies section to learn about the housekeeping frequency of the property.
Are towels and linens provided? click to open
Yes. The property will provide bath and pool towels along with linens. Towels and linens will be refreshed as needed.
Are toiletries and tissues provided? click to open
A property may supply an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels but replenishment of supplies once exhausted may be the responsibility of the guest. Each property varies in their handling of toiletries and paper products.
Is a hair dryer available? click to open
A hair dryer should be available at the property. Upon arrival, please check the bathrooms or closet. Typically, a hair dryer is included in each bathroom.

Typically yes, irons tend to be standard equipment for vacation homes. Please ask the property representative upon orientation for the location of the iron.

Isle Blue was so easy to work with especially trying to book from the United States. We went for our honeymoon and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! Our concierge‘s Mehdi was on point for anything we needed, reservations, suggestions on where to go and booking excursions. We will definitely be making our stay at Mirabelle Villa a yearly trip!

The Villa was more like a compound, it was extravagant with the best views you could imagine. We felt safe and at home, thanks to the amazing staff we were provided! Dania The housekeeper was amazing and our concierge‘s Mehdi couldn’t have been any better!

Isle Blue made our vacation a fantastic experience. Ahead of our trip they helped us with needed information, booking our rental car, and providing great recommendations. While we were at the villa and needed help with a couple of things, the local representatives were immediately available.

Sorrento was an amazing villa and even better than we expected. We're already talking about going back! The view was amazing. The access to the beach just steps away was fabulous. The villa had everything we needed and more - a few touches we didn't expect included a beach umbrella and chairs, a cooler and ice packs to use, plenty of towels, and laundry detergent. The location was so peaceful and quiet (definitely need a rental car). Most days there were only a few other groups on the beach. We went over to Grace Bay a couple of times and couldn't wait to get back to our secluded beach. We couldn't think of a better place to stay and celebrate our 10-year anniversary.

I cried when I left. Its just as the pictures show, stunning inside and out, multiple outdoor seating areas, pool was perfect. Beds all slept well and home is furnished with whatever you may need. A few stairs to get to boardwalk but well worth the exercise. Fryye Beach to the right Darkwood to the left. 3 minute drive to Jolly Harbour, Al Porta, Fox House, grocery store. Construction on the new amenities was not a bother at all, didn't even realize it until walking to the beach. Tamarind Hills Ocean 5 is a great choice.

We booked Ocean 5, Tamarind Hills, Antigua. The Villa was just as shown Lovely place with STUNNING views. Booking was easy. We used Perfect Chefs through the Concierge Mr. Bancroft, went to 2 of his restaurant recommendations and had every question we could think of answered. I will book with Isle Blue again without hesitation.
