The expansive estate spans across two hectares and boasts a splendid array of features, including a glistening swimming pool, a private lake, and several outdoor living areas where guests can relish in open-air feasts, savor a glass of fine bubbly, or simply bask in the breathtaking panoramic vistas.
The property is adorned with a variety of themed gardens, such as the Art Garden and the Wedding Garden. The latter showcases an enchanting gazebo adorned with a white wisteria canopy, creating a romantic setting for couples to exchange their vows. Additionally, the estate yields a bountiful harvest of organic vegetables used by the villa's skilled chef, rows of olive trees producing extra-virgin olive oil, a kiwi pergola that yields fruits for delectable jams and candied treats, and a lemon grove where the luscious citrus is transformed into delightful juices, dried fruits, and, of course, Limoncello.
For those seeking ultimate relaxation, the villa's basement houses a lavish spa area, complete with a heated pool featuring hydromassage jets, a sauna, a hammam, a spa treatment room, and a serene relaxation lounge. The basement also houses a well-stocked wine cellar for oenophiles to savor.
Villa Marie seamlessly marries traditional elements, including Tessieri tiles, Murano chandeliers, and antique furnishings, with modern conveniences like an elevator connecting all levels. Guests can unwind in the inviting lounges on each of the three primary floors, delve into a good book in the cozy library, host elegant dinner gatherings in the formal dining room, and create scrumptious meals in the charming country-style kitchen. The villa's dining room can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 12 guests, making it the ideal space for intimate gatherings.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
