While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.

The Endless Summer Escape applies to all new reservations booked between May 12 and August 31, 2026.
Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
NOTE: The private bar area on-premises is available for guests from 10 am to 10 pm, after 10 pm the keys are left with the team leader for personal use without service.
The kitchen in the court can be used independently by guests, for up to 16 guests, at the extra price of €2.800 plus VAT per week; over 16 guests a chef service, to be paired with sous chef and waiter, is mandatory; Only staff provided by the property can access the property.
