The first of the meticulously restored Farmhouses situated along the picturesque country road that grants access to the estate, La Casa presents a splendid villa rental opportunity nestled amidst the enchanting Tuscan vineyards. A majestic path guides you to the primary dwelling, designed around an expansive, unobstructed living space adorned with exposed stone walls, subtly separated by graceful arched doorways and windows. This residence exudes an airy and welcoming ambiance, offering an intimate atmosphere. In addition to the main dwelling, two exquisite guest houses grace the property, sharing a charming central courtyard that leads to the infinity-edge pool, its edge seemingly vanishing into the hilltop, overlooking the sprawling vineyards below. With breathtaking vistas in every direction, particularly across the undulating countryside to the southeast, this property undeniably ranks among the most exceptional residences in all of Tuscany.
The Weekly Rate Includes: Electricity, A/C, water, Governante service (2 hrs) per day, WiFi internet access, gardener and pool maintenance service and a dedicated concierge to help plan your stay and free access to the pool complex.
Food, beverage and provisioning fee are not included. Chef service, personal laundry and telephone charges are additional and paid locally in Euro. Please ask your villa specialist for these charges. EUR530.00 one time Housekeeping Fee will be billed upon check out. EUR2.50 per night per person city tax is payable locally (children of 12 years old and under are exempt).

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.

Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
