Nestled on 135 acres of land, San Giovanni is enveloped by 26 acres of vineyards and seven acres of olive groves. This expansive property houses a meticulously restored agricultural estate that has stood for centuries, offering panoramic vistas of the picturesque Tuscan hillsides and the charming hilltop town of Casole d'Elsa.
Within the estate, you'll find two distinct farmhouses, comprising a total of 7,450 square feet. These spaces seamlessly blend modern design elements with the timeless allure of exposed brick and stone, creating a captivating environment suitable for hosting special events, family gatherings, or accommodating large groups.
A central courtyard serves as the heart of San Giovanni, featuring an inviting pergola, a captivating infinity pool, a cozy fire pit, and a well-appointed bocce court. This outdoor oasis beckons guests throughout the day, providing an ideal setting for al fresco dining, soaking up the sun, and unwinding in style.
San Giovanni epitomizes the essence of Tuscany in every way and stands as one of the most enchanting destinations within the entire estate.
The Weekly Rate Includes: Electricity, A/C, water, Governante service (2 hrs) per day, WiFi internet access, gardener and pool maintenance service and a dedicated concierge to help plan your stay and free access to the pool complex.
Food, beverage and provisioning fee are not included. Chef service, personal laundry and telephone charges are additional and paid locally in Euro. Please ask your villa specialist for these charges. EUR690.00 one time Housekeeping Fee will be billed upon check out. EUR2.50 per night per person city tax is payable locally (children of 12 years old and under are exempt).

Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
