It is conveniently located near 'Belmond Castello di Casole,' the estate's esteemed hotel. Despite being nestled within a forested setting, the property offers unobstructed and breathtaking views.
The outdoor areas are equally impressive, featuring a captivating courtyard, a striking private pool, and a hot tub situated within a meticulously restored barn. The residence encompasses four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, showcasing the epitome of Tuscan country home design. With its enchanting allure, San Giuseppe stands as a magnificent villa that can be enjoyed in every season.
The Weekly Rate Includes: Electricity, A/C, water, Governante service (2 hrs) per day, WiFi internet access, gardener and pool maintenance service and a dedicated concierge to help plan your stay and free access to the pool complex.
Food, beverage and provisioning fee are not included. Chef service, personal laundry and telephone charges are additional and paid locally in Euro. Please ask your villa specialist for these charges. EUR530.00 one time Housekeeping Fee will be billed upon check out. EUR2.50 per night per person city tax is payable locally (children of 12 years old and under are exempt).

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.

Terms and conditions
Credit is based on total booking value before taxes and fees. Credit applies to experiences only and cannot be used toward villa rental, taxes, or fees. Credit must be used during the booked stay and expires at checkout. Cannot be combined with other offers and has no cash value. Valid only on new reservations made within the booking window. Concierge service must be booked directly through our website and does not apply to third-party providers or external websites.
