The expansive living area, with windows on all sides, is bathed in natural light during the day and softly illuminated in the evening, fostering an intimate atmosphere that extends throughout the residence. The 2 luxury bedrooms and 2 studios are spacious and adorned with modern furnishings that harmonize with the exterior through large glass windows.
The guest house apartments feature integrated kitchens and offer stunning views of Perugia. Each suite/room is uniquely designed, showcasing classic Italian flair with stylish décor, warm colors, and an immediate sense of well-being. Every room is equipped with a king-size bed, a comfortable sofa, and a private bathroom with both bath and shower.
The wine cellar is conveniently located in the Dependance.
La Villa’s kitchen is perfectly equipped with ample workspace and a beautiful view of the vineyards, enhancing the culinary experience. A large French door opens onto a terrace with breathtaking views, ideal for enjoying freshly prepared meals. Local markets offer fresh ingredients, including traditional foods like salami and mozzarella, or you can opt for a private chef to prepare a typical Italian meal, accompanied by wine from our vineyard.
The property features over 300m² of terraces and numerous covered areas furnished with handmade Italian pieces, perfect for relaxation or creative pursuits. The serene setting, with expansive views over the valley and lush vineyards, promotes a sense of peace and a slower pace of life.
A 20-meter infinity pool offers a 360-degree view of the Umbrian landscape, inviting you to spend the day in leisure. Adjacent to the pool are sunbeds, small tables for reading and relaxing, and umbrellas for shade. Private toilets and showers are also available nearby for convenience.
At the foot of the vineyard hill, our event area offers wine tastings and fresh truffle pasta, sourced from the surrounding woods with the help of a special guide.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Guests are responsible for the set-up and clean-up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with a Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner.
