Originally a traditional Umbrian stone house, Perugia Pool Villa was meticulously restored over two years by an experienced Australian boutique developer in collaboration with generations of local artisans. Original stonework, refined materials, and carefully selected international artworks create an elegant and highly individual atmosphere throughout the property.
The main house spans two floors and features seven double bedrooms, all with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms, including a penthouse bedroom with a bathtub. The ground floor also includes spacious living areas with comfortable seating, Apple TV, an open fireplace, and a fully equipped Italian kitchen with premium appliances. An optional nanny’s room with private facilities is also available. A separate romantic dependance offers an additional double bedroom, open-plan bathroom with bathtub, and kitchenette, providing extra privacy for couples or guests.
Outside, the magnificent 6 x 12 m infinity pool overlooks the valley and provides a spectacular setting for enjoying sunsets. A pool house with an outdoor kitchen and refrigerator, shaded lounge areas, and a pergola for al fresco dining creates inviting spaces for relaxed days and evenings outdoors. The landscaped grounds also feature a boules court, vegetable garden, and parking for up to 10 cars.
