The villa Sanfelice, which began its renovation journey in 2020, was once an abandoned castle and its ancient stone walls carry whispers of centuries gone by. However, the addition of sleek and innovative elements creates a captivating contrast throughout every corner of the estate. The primary building, designed in an L-shape and spanning three floors, offers a truly remarkable living experience.
Upon entering the property, a picturesque cypress-lined driveway leads you to a terracotta patio where you can unwind, whether by reading, enjoying music, or sipping a delightful aperitif as you watch the sunset. From here, you can revel in the breathtaking panoramic views of the Assisi Valley.
Inside the villa, the original rock walls from the medieval era, along with classic Cotto floors, define the villa's character. However, modern touches, such as marble, contemporary ceramics, and wooden flooring in the bedrooms, provide an elegant and comfortable ambiance. The ground floor features a studio and a bedroom, while the upper floor offers a spacious room with an elegant dining area illuminated by chandeliers. There's also an African-themed TV room and an additional bedroom on this floor. More bedrooms can be found on the top floor, ensuring ample space for all your guests.
Outside, the well-maintained garden is a lush paradise, adorned with roses, plants, two charming fountains, a refreshing pool complemented by a gazebo, and comfortable sun loungers. The entire garden is lovingly tended to by the attentive owners, making it a perfect spot to relax and soak in the beauty of this extraordinary villa.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Maximum guests for a seated indoor dinner event: 50 guests (a dining room on the first floor)
Maximum guests for a seated outdoor dinner event: 150 guests
Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to the 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. Guests are responsible for the set-up and clean up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner. Guests must abide by local ordinances.
